Jordan's minerals, carried from memorandum to mine.
JO-Mining is a partner in execution for mineral partnerships in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We work alongside government and international operators and investors to turn published opportunities into financeable projects, and to see them through to award, financial close and operation.
A partner in execution, not an adviser.
Jordan has an established mining industry, published terms for new partners and a stated goal of tripling the sector by 2033. What its opportunities still need is the work that turns a memorandum into a financed project: the data assembled to the standard lenders expect, the structure that serves the Kingdom and its partner in equal measure, and the process run to award. That is the work we do.
Execution capability
The work itself: assembling the information, preparing each process and carrying it through to signature, ratification where required, and financial close, to the timetable the client sets.
Project and counterparty management
One point of coordination for operators, investors, lenders, contractors and the client's own teams, with written reporting to a single counterpart.
Select connectivity
Access to a short list of counterparties of standing: operating companies, sovereign and strategic investors, development lenders and export-credit agencies, approached only with the client's approval.
Why Jordan, and why now.
Six facts from the public record. The ground, the published terms, prices that can make projects pay, a record of partnerships that last, capital that has shown its interest and a national goal.
